Praxedo domains
Praxedo's API is organised around business domains. Each domain groups a set of related objects and is typically mastered either in Praxedo or in one of your systems.
Supporting Domains (Enabling Infrastructure)
These domains configure and support core operations.
Referentials — Master data that grounds the system
- Objects: Customers, Sites, Assets, Contracts.
- They are usually managed in your ERP/CRM system.
Business Organization — Organizational structure and roles management
- Objects: Users (web or mobile), Business Units, Item Catalog.
- They are usually managed in your HR system for staffs or CRM/ERP system for business units and catalog
Contracting — Contractor and sub-contractor management
- Objects: Contractors, Sub-contractors.
- They are usually managed in your Billing system.
Inventory — Stock and spare parts management
- Objects: Stores, Stocks, Available items.
- They are usually managed in your ERP system.
Core Domains (Business Critical)
These domains directly support field service operations and are central to Praxedo's value.
Diagnostic — Service request analysis and work type determination
- Objects: Work Order, Work Order Type, Slas, Instructions, required Skills or Characteristics...
- They are usually managed in both Praxedo and an ERP / CRM system. Define ownership clearly.
Rostering — Resource availability and shift management
- Objects: Resources, Availabilities, Unavailabilities, Slots, Zones.
- They are usually managed in Praxedo.
Scheduling — Work order scheduling, resource allocation, and routing
- Objects: Work Orders, Resources.
- They are usually managed in Praxedo.
Field Service — On-site execution and real-time operation
- Objects: Status, Report, PDF, Item Usage.
- They are usually managed in Praxedo.
Field Tracking — Technician location and activity history
- Objects: Positions, Activities.
