Each domain groups a set of related objects and is typically mastered either in Praxedo or in one of your systems. ## Supporting Domains (Enabling Infrastructure) These domains configure and support core operations. **Referentials — Master data that grounds the system** - Objects: Customers, Sites, Assets, Contracts. - They are usually managed in your ERP/CRM system. #### Business Organization — Organizational structure and roles management - Objects: Users (web or mobile), Business Units, Item Catalog. - They are usually managed in your HR system for staffs or CRM/ERP system for business units and catalog #### Contracting — Contractor and sub-contractor management - Objects: Contractors, Sub-contractors. - They are usually managed in your Billing system. #### Inventory — Stock and spare parts management - Objects: Stores, Stocks, Available items. - They are usually managed in your ERP system. ## Core Domains (Business Critical) These domains directly support field service operations and are central to Praxedo's value. **Diagnostic — Service request analysis and work type determination** - Objects: Work Order, Work Order Type, Slas, Instructions, required Skills or Characteristics... - They are usually managed in both Praxedo and an ERP / CRM system.
