POST https://webhook.example.com

Sent when an asset is created or updated from the Praxedo interface, the SOAP/REST web services, or the mobile application. This event does not distinguish between an asset creation and an asset update — treat an asset code you don't recognize as a new creation.

Headers

  • x-praxedo-event string Required

The event type carried by this callback.

  • x-praxedo-secret string | null

The custom security header defined when the subscription was created, used to verify the callback's authenticity. Null if none was set.

application/json

Body Required

Callback payload sent to your subscription's callback URL.

  • version string Required

Payload format version. Current version is 1. Praxedo will try to maintain backward compatibility even if this version is deprecated in the future.

  • id string(uuid) Required

Unique id of the callback, even when a retry occurs.

  • creationTime string(date-time) Required

Time when the webhook event was received by the notification application and made ready to be sent. ISO 8601 / RFC 3339, UTC.

  • eventType string Required

    Value is asset.upsert.

  • subscriptionId string Required

Id of the subscription that generated this callback.

  • data object Required
Hide data attributes Show data attributes object
    • updatedAt string(date-time) Required

Time when the asset was last updated.

    • assetCode string Required

Unique identifier for the asset. Use it with getEquipements or Get Asset to retrieve more detailed information.

    • officeCode string Required

Code of the office configured in Praxedo.

    • actor object

Entity that triggered the notification. Unlike other events, asset.upsert does not reliably report the source of the trigger (Praxedo web UI vs. mobile app).

Hide actor attributes Show actor attributes object
      • type string Required

The type of entity that triggered the notification.

Values are webUser, technician, process, or webService.

      • identifier string Required

The unique identifier of the entity that triggered the notification. Its value depends on type (username of the web user for webUser, sync ID of the field resource for technician, or the OAuth 2.0 application name for OAuth 2.0 auth or web service username for basic auth, for webService).

Responses

  • 200

Return a 200 status to acknowledge the callback was received. Acknowledge immediately and process the notification asynchronously to avoid a time-out (5 seconds).
